Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. If anything is unclear, email sean@seankitching.com and we'll explain in plain English.

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service:

• Email address and first name: when you join the waitlist, sign up for the training, download a workbook, or become a member.
• Payment information: credit card and billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store payment details on our servers.
• Account activity: when you access workbooks, AI tools, or other platform content, we log basic activity (which sections you've opened) to deliver the right experience.
• Channel information: when you submit your channel for 1:1 coaching feedback, we collect what you provide.
• Anonymous usage analytics: Vercel Analytics tracks aggregate visits to fulltimecreator.co. No cookies, no personal tracking. You can read Vercel's privacy policy here.

2. How we use it

We use the data we collect to:

• Deliver the membership you signed up for (account access, content delivery).
• Send launch updates, value emails, and product communications via Kit.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• Provide personalized coaching feedback when you submit a channel.
• Improve the platform by understanding aggregate usage (anonymously).

We will never sell your data. We will never share your data with third parties except as listed in the next section.

3. Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted third parties to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email marketing and subscriber management. kit.com/privacy
• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous traffic analytics. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Supabase — secure backend infrastructure for member accounts.
• ManyChat — automated direct message delivery on Instagram.

Each of these processes data on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy commitments. We only share what's necessary for them to perform their function.

4. Your rights

You can:

• Access your data — email us and we'll send you everything we have on file.
• Correct your data — update your name, email, or other details via your account or by emailing us.
• Delete your data — email us and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain payment records for tax/legal compliance.
• Unsubscribe from emails — every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you'll stop receiving marketing emails immediately.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies only where necessary to operate the platform (authenticated sessions, security). We don't use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. Vercel Analytics doesn't use cookies for tracking.

6. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data — encryption in transit and at rest, secure hosting via Vercel, payment data handled by Stripe (PCI-compliant). No system is 100% secure; if we discover a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you promptly.

7. International users

If you're in the European Union, the UK, or any region with stronger privacy laws, those laws apply to your data. You have all the rights granted by GDPR and equivalent regulations. Contact us at sean@seankitching.com to exercise any of them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members. The "last updated" date below tells you when changes were last made.
