These terms govern your use of fulltimecreator.co, the Fulltime Creator OS platform, and any related services provided by Sean Kitching. By accessing the site or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About the service

Fulltime Creator OS ("the platform") is a creator education and tools membership operated by Sean Kitching. The platform includes access to a 90-day structured program, deep-dive workbooks, AI tools, course materials, 1:1 coaching access, and supplementary digital assets.

The platform is delivered digitally through fulltimecreator.co and any associated subdomains. Continued access requires an active subscription.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Memberships are sold on a monthly or annual subscription basis at the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Founding member pricing is honored for as long as the subscription remains active and continuously paid.

• Monthly: billed every 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Annual: billed once per 12-month period from the date of purchase.
• All payments are processed through Stripe. Card and billing details are not stored on our servers.
• Subscription auto-renewal is enabled by default. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us at sean@seankitching.com.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Any assets unlocked through the program (workbooks, downloads, LUT packs) remain yours to keep.

4. Refund policy

Founding members are covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you show up, follow the program, complete the weekly challenges, and don't see real progress toward building a creator business that generates income within 90 days — you can request a full refund of any payments made during that period.

To request a refund, email sean@seankitching.com within 90 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

5. Intellectual property

All content within the platform — including but not limited to course videos, workbooks, frameworks, written materials, AI tools, design templates, and digital assets — is owned by Sean Kitching and is protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own creator business purposes while your subscription is active and for any assets retained after cancellation.

You may not redistribute, resell, or share platform content with third parties. You may use frameworks and templates in your own creative work without restriction.

6. User-submitted content

When you submit your channel details, content, or other materials as part of the 1:1 coaching mechanism, you grant Sean Kitching a limited license to review that content for the purpose of providing personalized feedback. Submitted content is not shared publicly and is treated confidentially.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform for its intended purpose. You will not:

• Share login credentials with other people.
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls or access controls.
• Use the platform's AI tools to generate content that violates platform policies of any third-party service.
• Engage in conduct that disrupts the experience of other members.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with refunds at our discretion.

8. No guarantees of results

The 40+ creators who went full time on the v1 program are real outcomes. They are not promises. Your results depend on the work you put in, your existing audience, your niche, and many other factors outside our control.

The 90-day refund guarantee exists precisely because results require effort on your side. We won't promise income. We will promise to refund you in full if you do the work and don't see meaningful progress.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sean Kitching and Fulltime Creator OS are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform. Total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify active members by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sean Kitching operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first; if unresolved, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
